What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Tier 2 focuses on deterministic data routing and bounded LLM tasks. Tier 1 gives you access to our self-annealing infrastructure—meaning your architecture can dynamically rewrite its own code to fix broken APIs without human intervention.
Are there setup fees or implementation costs?
Because we build bespoke architectures, there is generally a one-time Build Fee (typically 1.5x to 2x the monthly retainer) to map the 'Data Debt', configure the n8n servers, and write the initial Python scripts before the monthly retainer begins.
Do I own the code and the infrastructure?
Yes. Unlike typical SaaS platforms, we build *your* infrastructure on *your* tenant. If you ever leave NodalNexus, the workflows, scripts, and n8n pipelines stay with you.
What if an API updates and breaks my workflow?
If you are on Tier 1, our architecture catches the error, sends it to a Claude Orchestrator, writes a patch, tests it in a sandbox, and deploys the fix automatically. If you are on Tier 2, our engineers will manually patch it during business hours.
Do you offer ad-hoc or hourly development?
We are an Infrastructure Engineering firm. We do not sell hours; we sell guaranteed uptime and continuous pipeline management via our retainer model.
Can I customize an Enterprise plan?
Absolutely. For complex deployments requiring Self-Hosted open-source models, on-premise execution, or complex compliance audits, we build bespoke Enterprise contracts.
